Martha, LVT  Head Technician


Stefanie, LVT
Stefanie received her Associates Degree in veterinary technology from Pierce College in Lakewood, WA.  Upon graduating she was employed with the Veterinary Medical Referral Clinic in Tacoma, WA., specializing in internal medicine.

Stefanie and her family moved to the Watertown area when her husband received orders to be stationed at Fort Drum. Stefanie, her husband, daughter and two dogs currently reside in Theresa where they enjoy spending time outdoors and renovating their home.


Michelle, LVT

Michelle is on her second tour at the North Country Animal Health Center.  She graduated from SUNY Canton in 1990.  During her first term here she worked from 1993-2000 and then decided to pursue an interest in homeopathic medicine for 4 years.  Michelle returned to us in January 2005 and her experience is a wonderful addition to our technician staff.  She has special interests in cytology and behavior.  Her pets, which were all rescued, include Nellie, Bridgette, Cookie, three cats, and two birds.  In her spare time she enjoys golfing with her husband, Pete, reading, crafts and riding her motorcycle.


 Amy, LVT

Amy graduated from Suny Canton and received a degree from JCC for Animal Management. She loves creepy crawlies and reptiles. Her pets include her mali uromastyx, Triton, Cats, Bliss and Ty, Border Collie Darla and Rottie mix Cricket, and rat, Tito. She spends most of her time with her son, Wesley and loves to be outdoors hiking, fishing and boating. She enjoys wildlife and volunteers her services for rehabilitating wild animals that come through our doors.  


Jessica, LVT

Jessica graduated from SUNY Canton in 2004.  While at Canton she was a member of VETA (Veterinary Technician Association), volunteered at the local SPCA, and helped to tutor other students.  She is the volunteer coordinator at North Country Animal Health Center, and is also working to expand our dentistry abililties, by attending dental classes and expanding our radiology department to include digital dental radiographs.  She shares her home with her husband, 2 daughters, a dog and 2 cats.


 Kim, LVT

Kim was born and raised in the North Country and attended Indian River High School.  After graduating from high school, she pursued a degree in Veterinary Science from SUNY Canton also attained a Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Office Management.  She is a member of the International Veterinary Academy of Pain Management and is currently working to be a Certified Veterinary Pain Management Practitioner and a Specialist in Anesthesia, allowing us to elevate the level of anesthesia, monitoring, and care that we can provide.  Besides this, Kim spends her spare time being active with our local SPCA, on the Relay for Life team at the clinic, and volunteers with the Girl Scouts of America.  Kim shares her home with four cats, four birds, and three dogs.
