Lab and Research Stations

We do most of our lab work in-house.  There are, however, occasions in which lab work must be sent to an outside testing facility.  Depending on the type of lab work being sent out, we may receive results within 1-3 days; a more complicated test's results may not come back for 1-2 weeks.  We know how difficult waiting can be, especially when it involves the health of a loved one, so we do our best to get the results needed to diagnose your pet as quickly as possible.

For the proper treatment and diagnosis of your pet we need to have the proper research materials.  In our research area we have several up-to-date books and manuals that assist our doctors in diagnosing your pet.  Our doctors also use certified sources on the Internet.  The Pet Library on this website is sponsored by The Veterinary Information Network (VIN), which is one of the main sites our doctors refer to when doing research.  The staff here is committed to giving you the correct and most current information to help keep your pet healthy.
